Aisalmag is formulated with 4 types of highly soluble magnesium:

- Magnesium pidolate useful in case of anxious or depressive situations. Improves cognitive functions. Increases magnesium concentrations in the nervous system.

- Magnesium bisglycinate with very high absorption. Useful in cases of stress, tension and sleep disorders

- Magnesium carbonate useful in cases of constipation and gastric hyperacidity

- Magnesium citrate helps alkalize the body. Useful in cases of pre-menstrual syndrome and cramps

Magnesium carbonate; bulking agents: cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, corn starch, Magnesium citrate, anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide; Magnesium bisglycinate (Magnesium bisglycinate chelate, Magnesium oxide, acidifier: citric acid, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide); Magnesium L-pidolate.
